How do I register on the portal?
To get the most from this site and enrol in courses you must register on the site, it's easy! To register, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the Australian Sports Commission logo at the top left of the page to return to the home page
- Click on the 'Register' link in the login panel
- Enter your details and select 'Sign up' at the bottom of the form (please note, each learner will need their own email address)
- An email will be sent to your nominated email account to set your password
- If you didn't receive your email then:
- Check your 'Junk Mail' folder in your email program
- If it's not there contact the help desk using the 'Help Desk' link above
- Do not try to re-register
- Click on the link in the email and select your password
- Login with your email address and password
How do I enrol in a course?
Once you have logged in you will see the 'My Learning' page. From this page you can open any courses or exams you've enrolled in. Please follow the steps below to enrol in a course:
- Select the 'Browse Learning' link at the top of the page
- Look through the list of courses to find the one that you you want to enrol in
- Select the image of the course to view the course information
- Select 'Enrol' at the top right hand corner of the information page to enrol
- Provide any additional information as requested
- Open the course by selecting the 'Launch Course' link
How do I print my certificates?
Completing some of the courses will allow you to print a certificate of your learning. There are two ways to print your certificate:
- When you login into the portal most completed courses will have a 'Certificate' icon on their tiles.
- If you click on the icon the site will download and open the certificate, or...
- If you open the course there will be a bar at the top of the modules page with instructions to open your certificate.
- If you click on the bar your certificate will download and open
Remember you must complete all components of your course to receive your certificate.
My browser isn't working, what's wrong?
We attempt to support as many browsers and browser versions as possible, but by keeping your browser up to date, it will ensure you have a good learning experience!
We currently support the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer 8 and above, (IE 8 does have some degraded display performance)
- Chrome 25 and above
- Firefox 25 and above
- Safari 6 and above including Ipad and Iphone
How do I navigate through the site?
We've tried to make navigating the site and the courses as simple as possible, but here are some extra tips to help you out.
- The logo at the top left of the screen will always bring you back to the portal homepage
- Select your name at the top right of the screen to edit your personal details
- Select 'Browse Learning' to enrol in courses
- Select the course tile to open a course
When you are in the course here are some more tips select the:
- Course title in the grey bar to take you back to the module list
- Module title in the grey bar to take you back to the first page of the module
- Portal logo at the top left of the screen to get back to the portal homepage
- 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons to work through the course
- Page icons in the top bar to go directly to a page
- Left and right arrows to view all the pages in the module
- For course completion ensure all pages have a green tick on the page icons in the top bar
